REFUNDS & RETURNS
EdgeTel offers an Australian express delivery service using Couriers Please in Victoria and Australian Air Express (AAE) outside of Victoria. We understand what it can be like to be waiting for a delivery, so we endeavor to do our best to advise you if there is any delay. Please allow 3 business days for delivery.
We charge $10.00 for our shipping plus an additional $5.00 per item to any address in Australia when your order contains only 1 or 2 items.
EdgeTel's charges in respect to shipping and handling represent EdgeTel's estimate of the costs charged to EdgeTel by couriers, packaging suppliers and other sundry suppliers. EdgeTel reserves the right to levy additional charges to customers where the actual shipping fees exceed those estimated when arranging for dispatch. Unusually large or bulky packages or orders containing large item quantities are more likely to be affected by this policy. In instances where a further fee is levied, EdgeTel will endeavour to contact you to confirm the increased shipping fee prior to dispatch, however where this is not possible due to uncertainty of actual shipping costs a further fee will be levied post shipment. Please note that any further fee will only represent the recovery of actual shipping costs incurred.
If no one is in attendance at the delivery premises at the time of delivery our courier service can contact you in the following ways. If a mobile phone number is provided, they can call you to ascertain your whereabouts and organise delivery convenient to you both. Otherwise, they will leave a card to advise you of the attempted delivery and ask you to call their regional office to arrange for a suitable delivery time.
EdgeTel does not ship outside Australia and New Zealand. We also do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
PRODUCT WARRANTY / RETURNS POLICY
All products sold by EdgeTel include a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
EdgeTel will accept returns for a period of up to 30 days following purchase if you are not satisfied with your product.
Returned products will only be accepted in original condition including all packaging, documentation and hardware as received.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned safely to EdgeTel.
Orders should be submitted via our online shopping portal or by email, quoting your EdgeTel user number. We do not accept phone orders.
